Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery/service. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item/service must be unused and in its original condition.

  • You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Some categories of services/products may not be eligible for return.

Partial Refunds May Be Issued For:

  • Items with visible signs of use

  • Opened or incomplete packages

  • Products not in original condition or missing parts not due to our error

  • Returns requested after 30 days of delivery


Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item/service request, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t been received yet:

  • Recheck your bank account or payment app

  • Contact your card provider or bank (processing may take extra time)

Sale/Discounted Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items on sale or purchased under special discounts are non-refundable, unless they are damaged or defective.


Exchanges

We replace items only if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during delivery

Gifts

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit.

  • Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift voucher or coupon will be issued.

  • If the gift was shipped to the giver, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

🚚 Note: Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of prepaid return shipping (if any) will be deducted from your total.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
